Gustavo A. Veloz

My name is Gustavo Veloz and I am a real estate professional.  Currently, I am the Broker-Owner of ComPro Real Estate Services, located in Everett, MA. However, I have been building lasting relationships in the Boston-area for over two decades.  I have called Boston my home since 1995 when I came here from Caracas, Venezuela.  My grandfather and father were real estate developers in Venezuela and I started working in my uncle’s real estate office every summer when I was fifteen years old.  I never imagined that my future self would be a real estate sales professional but when I realized that I could make a living by helping others achieve their dreams of home ownership and wealth generation it was a natural choice for me. 

I enjoy helping families and individuals to make the greatest investment in their lives.  I work to consider every detail and give my clients the information to make sure that they have a successful transaction.  I am always updating the parties in a transaction about what the next step is, which is critical to having everyone feel informed and comfortable along the way to the closing.  

I am always looking to expand my knowledge and apply for my clients and throughout my career, I’ve worked in every type of market condition and every type of transaction.  I have worked with first time homebuyers, investment properties, probates sales, commercial transactions, property management, rentals, 1031 exchange transactions, loan modifications, short sale transactions and debt settlement
